MY THERAPEUTIC PHILOSOPHY
I treat each individual with respect and understanding as I believe in facilitating differing and unique modes of personal growth.
Be it short-term or long-term therapy, I assist clients in identifying the core of their issues and in developing interventions, skill building, and a course of action that will lead to positive solutions. This may result in better communication, enhanced relationships, and an overall improved self-image, all of which contribute to success in both personal and professional realms.
My concern for you is tempered by a sense of humor, and we will work together to restore balance in your life through our caring and productive partnership.
